Payments and Refunds

All payments for Services, including coaching packages, speaking engagements, and digital products, are due as per the terms specified at the time of purchase.

No Refunds: Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific service agreement, no portion of any payments shall be repayable or refunded. All sales are final.
Coaching Packages: Fees for 1:1 coaching are non-refundable.

Coaching Sessions

The following terms apply specifically to any 1:1 coaching services:

Confidentiality: We are committed to your privacy. What is discussed in our sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
No Recording: To ensure privacy and a safe space, you (the Client) are strictly prohibited from recording (audio or video), distributing, or broadcasting any part of the coaching sessions without prior written consent.
Client Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate comments towards the coach will result in the immediate termination of the coaching relationship, with no refund.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and charged in full.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, podcasts, videos, and books, is the exclusive property of Ronit Ranjan and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of our Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our trademarks or content without our express written permission.

Backups
